Here you will find a series of videos, each a few minutes long, that give some therapy approaches that I use in my practice. They were made spontaneously, without preparation, and might be rough around the edges, but they might have been made right in session or just after to help patients, which gives them an added dimension. They are all based on cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) approaches, or related ones, such as narrative therapy. Another approach I like is solution-focused, in which the therapist and patient work together to find solutions to problems. These videos will help you deal with your issues, learn helpful techniques, and find the start of solutions even to longstanding problems. Use them well.
